The conditions at JustArt professional for artists:

Only artworks by artists with a university degree, an academic certificate from a private institution, a comparable international degree or qualification through an exhibition portfolio at renowned institutions will be represented.

You take out a subscription to use our online platform and can choose from the following fees:

€ 30,00  per month for artists

€ 20,00 per month for students/ youn talents

€ 300,00 per year for artists

€ 200,00 per year for students/ young talents

We will be happy to advise you on questions about transport or other matters.

You will be given the opportunity to publish your artworks on the platform provided by JustArt professional and to offer them for sale. Providers are generally entitled to post 5 works of art.

The fees to be paid are due and payable in advance upon receipt of the access data for the platform.
The respective fees are to be transferred to the JustArt professional account specified to the provider.

Term of Contract, Termination

The contract term results from the selected tariff.
Cancellations must be made with a notice period of one (1) week before end of month an one (1) month before the end of the year. Cancellations can be made by email or in writing.
Both parties reserve the extraordinary right of termination without notice. This applies in particular to culpable violations of these General Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
